Volunteers for U.S. Embassy during the America Days program

The U.S. Embassy is looking for volunteers available and willing to help the Embassy with the info-point to support organize communication with visitors and distribute hand-outs during the America Days program happening June 28-30 and July 5-7 from 14:00 to 22:00 in the following locations:

Taraclia - 28 June,

Cahul - 29 June,

Hincesti - 30 June

Drochia – July 5

Soroca – July 6

Tiraspol – July 7

The program purpose is to raise the awareness of the impact U.S. Embassy projects have had across Moldovan society in areas such as education, women’s empowerment, police reform, etc.  It’s going to be a two-pronged programmatic approach, using the first half of the day to reinforce relationships with schools, alumni, and officials. The second part of the day will be a cultural program open to the public. The staples of the event will be American food, music, film, and American sports elements.
